TrustViewer โ€“ Remote Desktop Software, Share Files, or make a Video Call

TrustViewer enables quick remote desktop access, seamless file sharing, and video calls. The application is lightweight, requires no installation or registration, and runs on computers with minimal user permissions. Safe, user-friendly, and convenient, TrustViewer is designed to simplify your remote collaboration needs.

TrustViewer software is designed to provide operational support to users over the Internet. Clients need to download the app, run it, select the desired computer access mode, and share the session ID with the support team for instant assistance.

TrustViewer Features:

TrustViewer requires no firewall or proxy configuration and automatically updates when the support team switches to a newer version, ensuring seamless remote access.

TrustViewer supports local network and Internet connectivity, including IPv4 and IPv6 networks. It utilizes HTTP/HTTPS as its application protocol and, when necessary, employs the WinInet API to automatically connect to proxies with Kerberos or NTLM authorization for secure and seamless access.

Connections between participant computers are established directly, point-to-point, whenever possible, minimizing reliance on internet servers (hybrid P2P network).

A secure connection between computers is established using cryptographic protocols such as SSL, TLS, and their equivalents based on RSA, AES, and MD5. Digital signatures protect the program and all updates, including full and incremental ones.

A free, specialized proxy server, TrustServer, is also available for download. It is designed for installation on servers running Windows or Linux operating systems, enabling client applications in corporate networks to accept incoming Internet connections.

TrustServer can be installed on a public internet server as an HTTPS proxy or on an organizationโ€™s local server as a SOCKS5 proxy. In the latter case, no additional client application configuration is required โ€” the server is automatically detected.

Additionally, client applications can automatically connect to the public internet server. On the organization’s local server, Configure TrustServer in cascade server mode. This mode is used exclusively for automatic setup, with all traffic routed through the parent server.

Changes in Version 2.14.0 (Build 5770) :

  • Added beta version of the client module โ€œTrustViewerProโ€ for the Windows operating system on the x86_64 platform
