RJ TextEd is a full-featured text and source editor with Unicode support. The software provides comprehensive web development support for PHP, ASP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Its functionality goes beyond simple text editing, offering HTML and CSS editing with integrated previews, spell-checking, auto-completion, HTML validation, and templates.
RJ TextEd is developed using Delphi from Embarcadero and released as freeware.
The software also supports the Topstyle Lite CSS editor, features a dual-pane file commander, and includes an (S)FTP client for uploading your files.
The editor uses language files to display menus and dialogs in different languages. RJ TextEd is also a simple web development tool. The editor can use auto-completion and hints to assist you in editing your source code.
You can preview HTML, ASP, and PHP code using one of the preview tabs or by opening a document in a browser. The editor manages source code, and RJ TextEd supports a range of formats, including ASCII, binary, and plain text.

The software is compatible with Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11 (both 32-bit and 64-bit) and Linux (via Wine).
Note: Language and syntax files are replaced during the installation of a new version. Place user language files and syntax files in the “User-defined” folder.
